90 Night Trial

What is the 90 night trial?
The SAT Bed Sleep Trial is simple. If you are not satisfied with the mattress return it within 90 nights for a full refund of the purchase price.

When does the trial start?
The trial begins the day the mattress is delivered to you.

Why do you offer a 90 night trial when other companies give only 30?
Sleep studies show that the body needs an adjustment period of 4-6 weeks to start feeling the benefits of a new surface. For this reasoning we require 30 nights before any returns are made.

Is this trial available for all your products?
It is available only on mattress purchases. It is not available on adjustable foundations, metal frames, pillows, cushions, sheets or custom sizes.

What if I want to purchase a different bed?
You will be given full credit for another purchase. We do manufacture many different mattresses and would love to accommodate you.

In the event that I do have to return the product, how do I go about doing that?
Contact customer service at 800-432-3842 and press 1 at the prompt between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. M-F. Please let us know what the problem is with your bed. We will try everything in our power to accommodate you. If we are not able to rectify your situation and find your personal comfort level, you will be given an RA (return authorization) number. Any and all returned products must be shipped back at your cost to our warehouse. The returned products must be shipped in the original packaging, in good condition, and with the RA# written clearly on the outside of the boxes. Any returned products that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. Full retail price of promotional items will be deducted from refund. Customer is allowed to return only one mattress within the 90 night trial period.

After returning the bed how long until I receive my refund?
It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to process your refund once the product is received at our warehouse. To expedite matters you can contact us to verify that the order has been received. Please understand that the order has to be inspected to verify that all items have been returned in their original delivery boxes. SAT Bed reserves the right to refuse any damaged merchandise returned.

Does the SAT mattress have the same 90 night trial?
The SAT mattress takes the trial to another level. The SAT mattress has a success rate that is unparalleled among other mattresses. Our ability to customize it to your needs, gives us the confidence to make you happy. That allows us to always cover the shipping cost to you (continental US only). Your only responsibility is shipping it back to our warehouse. We are willing to make an investment in your health and sleep. Shouldn't you?

If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer, as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse.
